FAQs

Welcome to Cribl’s FY27 CKO FAQs for VEGAS!

We’ve planned for an outstanding in-person experience for all of our Cribl goats!

🤩 CKO...In Las Vegas, NV!

You can pick up your badge in the Mariposa Foyer, Level 2 of the Aria Hotel at the registration desk on Tuesday, February 10 from 1:00 - 8:30 pm PT. Once you pick up your badge, you can also pick up some super rad Cribl SWAG. Who doesn't love some swag?!

If you don't pick up your badge during that window, you'll be able to pick it up on Wednesday morning from 7:30 AM-9:00 AM at the same registration desk.

You will need to wear your badge for ALL Cribl events, including meals, so DON'T LOSE IT. You will receive an email a couple days before CKO with a QR code that will allow you to check-in at the registration desk super fast! Keep an eye out for it.

Breakfast and lunch will be in Orovada Ballroom, located on the Plaza Level .  Dinners will be hosted in a variety of locations; please refer to the company calendar to know where they will be.

Please note that all meals during the CKO event are being provided and additional meals may not be expensed.

SSID: Cribl27
Password: cko27g0@t

Your daily java run will be on your own dime.  The same goes for cocktails with your fellow Criblanians.  Please do not put these charges on your company credit card.  Please know that all evening events will have plenty of drinks available, so feel free to drink there.  There will also be coffee served at breakfast.

Your $100 daily stipend only applies to transit days (traveling into and out of CKO).
Please review these CKO expense guidelines to know what is covered.

This year, we’re excited to introduce the CKO mobile app—your one-stop shop for everything you need during the event. Use the app to build your personalized agenda, receive real-time announcements from the Events team, access venue maps so you always know where to go, view FAQs, and pull up your QR code for quick and easy check-in when you arrive.

Click here for step-by-step instructions on how to download the app.

Feel free to dress in what makes you feel your best-there's no strict dress code here. Jeans and t-shirts work great, and so does business casual, if that's your style. Just remember, conference rooms can get chilly, so bring a jacket or sweatshirt to stay cozy (or a sport coat if you're going for that polished look!). And since we're in Vegas, feel free to add some glitz and glam or an Elvis jumpsuit. Some after hour locations may require a collared shirt for men, so, guys, thing about throwing one or two in your suitcase.

There are no theme nights this year so you can wear whatever you like. Keep in mind that Wednesday's all-company evening event will have indoor and outdoor elements, so please bring a jacket.

Please note that RKO is doing an Awards night on Thursday evening; cocktail attire is encouraged.

For our PEKO folks who are going to Chicken & Pickle, please bring a jacket as part of the activities will be outdoors.

The days will be long and packed full of great activities, and we want to make sure you are drinking plenty of water. We encourage you to bring a water bottle from home so you can constantly fill it up at our many water refill stations.
To make sure that we are taking care of the planet as much as we can, we will not be offering single use water bottles. BYOWB! (Bring Your Own Water Bottle)

While the agenda doesn't include scheduled outdoor activities, there will be several breaks throughout the day, giving you the chance to step outside for some fresh air and Vitamin D if you'd like. Just keep in mind that it will be chilly, so be sure to bring a jacket to stay warm.

With an overwhelming positive response to the Sensory room the last couple of year's at CKO, we are pleased to bring it back again this year. The Employee Resource Group, NERD (Neurodiverse Education, Resources, and Discussion) has carved out a quiet space in the Copperleaf Meeting Room 6, Level 2, West Convention Center, that provides a quiet and calming environment to help attendees who might be feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated.  It features soft lighting, reduced noise, flexible seating, and tactile activities.  All goats are welcome to use this space as needed. Please respect the space by using a quiet voice and utilizing equipment as instructed.

We will be offering closed captioning for Wednesday morning's General Session in Las Vegas. (It's pretty PG, so there won't be any "F bombs" written out...). The closed captioning will be at the front corners of the Primrose Ballroom.

"It's been such a long day and I'm tired.  Do I REALLY have to go?" Yes you do!

Some of the most important parts of CKO is bonding with your fellow goats outside of the "work" part.  Take that gap between the work and evening portion to rest and recharge your batteries so you are ready to enjoy the evening activities.

Goats Give Back will be doing another event this year! Click here to read more details.

Please download the mobile app and build out your customized schedule. There are also digital signs on all levels that will have the day's schedule available.

Aria offers two fitness options for hotel guests:

Fitness Center:
Located on the 2nd Level Promenade near The Pool
Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm

24-Hour Cardio Center
Open 24 hours and includes cardio equipment and dumbbells
Located on the Promenade Level, near Starbucks and the shops by the Main Tower guest elevators

Access to both facilities is available to Aria hotel guests using their room key card.

If your session runs past checkout time on Friday, you're welcome to store your suitcase with the hotel's bell desk. You can drop it off in the morning before your session begins, or, if you prefer, bring it down during the morning break. The bell desk will securely hold your luggage until you're ready to head to the airport.

There's an app for that...Early February in Vegas typically brings mild, sunny days and cool to chilly evenings. Average daytime highs range from low to mid-60s Fahrenheit and average nighttime lows are in the low 40's Fahrenheit.
Bottom line: Bundle up-it's going to be chilly in the evenings.

Daily parking for Aria guests is $20 per day.  If you are not staying at the Aria, it is $25 per day.
Parking expenses are reimbursable as long as the nights you are parking align with your stay for CKO-related activities.

Yes. When you check-in at the Aria, you will be required to put a credit card down, and the hotel will place a $200 hold per stay on your card to cover potential incidental charges (such as room service or in-room purchases). If your incidental charges go over $200, the hotel may place an additional authorization for the extra amount.

If you are traveling early or staying late for personal reasons, you will need to provide your personal credit card upon check-in.

If you don't use any incidental charges, the hold will be released and the funds returned to your card after your stay.
Please make sure to review these CKO expense guidelines to know what is covered.

Please note that the hotel is not offering a mobile check-in option this year. Please be prepared to stand in line to check in.

The keynote will be livestreamed and will start PROMPTLY at 9:00am on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
You can login here: https://realeventmedia.com/cribl
Password: Cribl2026!

You can also expense up to $100 for lunch on Wednesday, February 11.  Make sure to treat yo' self.  When expensing in Navan, make sure to choose FY27 CKO Vegas for the Business Expense. Check out the expense guideline here.

Great question! There are so many acronyms here, it's hard to keep it all straight! Let's break it down:
G&A: Business Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, People, Security Teams
PEKO: C021,Engineering, Product, Support Teams
RKO: Sales, Marketing, CX

Las Vegas is a fantastic city to explore! Special hotel rates are available up to three days before and after our program, based on availability. If you'd like to extend your stay, please add the days that you'd like during your registration process. Please make sure to note it's for personal reasons in the "Additional Requests" box on the hotel reservations page. Please note that any personal stay expenses will be your responsibility.

If you are extending your stay for business reasons, please use your Navan/Brex card during the hotel booking process.

Please fly into Henry Reid International Airport (LAS).

Usually, the best way to get to the hotels is by cab or rideshare, and we encourage ride sharing with fellow Criblanians if possible. You can add your info to this ride share document and arrive to the hotel with a buddy or two!

Given that this is a company event, we ask that all company-sponsored events and activities be attended only by employees (e.g. Tuesday Welcome Reception, Wednesday & Thursday offsite events, dinners, etc.) It will be mandatory to wear your badge at all times both onsite and to be be able to access offsite activities.

Please note that RKO is doing an Awards night on Thursday evening; cocktail attire is encouraged.

Keep in mind that evenings may get cool, so pack a layer for the bus rides and offsite venues. Whatever floats your goat!

TLDR; No! CKO is meant to be an in-person experience and we strongly encourage all employees to attend IRL. We understand that personal commitments, leave, and PTO may prevent some employees from attending in-person. While Cribl is remote-first, we are not remote-only. We recognize the value of gathering in person at CKO to foster relationships that are essential for cultivating a thriving remote-first culture.

Employees on a Leave of Absence are not eligible to attend CKO but will be able to watch the General Session recording upon their return.

🧐 Experience and Planning

CKO is for full-time employees only. Contractors are only invited by exception and with eStaff approval.

If you have someone on your team who will be starting on or before Tuesday, February 10, 2026, please let the planning team know as soon as possible by emailing fy27-kickoff@cribl.io. If we can accommodate, we will work with the new hire and the People team to ensure we have their logistics sorted.

You will be reserving your own hotel room as part of the registration process this year. Please do not book directly with the Aria; all reservations must be made through the registration system. Once you complete your registration and book your hotel room, you'll immediately receive an email confirming that your room has been reserved.

An official hotel confirmation email from the Aria will be sent on January 16, 2026. If you've extended your stay beyond the standard event dates, your credit card will be charged for one night at that time.

If you have questions about your hotel, please email fy27-kickoff@cribl.io.

To make a change to your hotel stay, please locate your hotel confirmation email and click the link embedded in your email to modify your stay.

Of course, we won’t leave you hanging! Please email fy27-kickoff@cribl.io with your manager CC'd so we can look into ensuring you have an extra hotel night to attend the event. Here is our company expense policy for your reference.

If circumstances have changed and you can no longer attend CKO, please let us know by notifying the planning group at
fy27-kickoff@cribl.io as soon as you have made that decision. You will need to cancel your travel arrangements in Navan (or however you booked) and plan to reuse the flight credits for a future company trip. You will also need to cancel your hotel room.

We know Las Vegas has LOTS to offer in the way of activities! But the main focus of this event is to come together, align on our annual goals and strategy, and really connect-as colleagues and as people. The event will be packed with activities designed to strengthen team bonds and showcase everyone's contributions to Cribl.

If you're looking to extend your Vegas adventure and explore more on your own, you're welcome to do so at your own expense. We've worked with the hotel to extend our discounted rate through the weekend, subject to availability-so feel free to stick around and make the most of it!

Please plan accordingly. That being said, Customers First, Always so please step away if it’s pressing. Here’s a glimpse into what your days will look like. Closer to the date of the event, we will be sharing a more detailed agenda for attendees to help with the planning.

  • Email the planning team at fy27-kickoff@cribl.io
  • Pose your questions to #event-fy27-kickoff (also feel free to post pics/meme-ories, etc. here during the event…take that Irreverent, but Serious value to heart)
